This function displays the process instance's event history on the new page. 

On the Process Instance page, select the process from the table, then click the “View > History” menu option. 

The timeline of events is shown below. Follow the color legend to understand the activities. 

Select “Actions > Table”. 

The timeline of events is shown in the table below. By default, the History tab displays a list of events from the beginning. Select the tab to access the “Events, Runtime Info, Task Reminders, Engine Alerts, and Errors” features. All dates and times are stored in the database as UTC and displayed in the user's local time zone. Note: Engine runtime data are in ISO and UTC format. 

Process Instance - Events.

Navigate to the “Events” tab to view the application events generated to date, as shown below. 

Process Instance - Runtime Info.

Navigate to the “Runtime Info” tab to view the runtime events generated to date, as shown below. 

Process Instance - Task Reminders. 

Navigate to the “Task Reminders” tab to view the task reminders generated to date, as shown below. 

Process Instance - Engine Alerts.

Displays the processed engine alerts during the instance execution, as shown below. All dates and times are stored in the database in UTC and displayed in the user's local time zone. 

Note: Engine runtime data are in ISO and UTC format. 

Process Instance - Errors.

Displays errors encountered during Instance execution.
