User notifications are similar to tasks. They are informational messages sent to users through a workflow process or created through the UI. The logged-in user can also create their own notifications.

A list of notifications is displayed for the current user as below.

Click the button to close the notification.  

Use the menu options to close or clear notifications in bulk. A workflow step can also create notifications.

A confirmation message is displayed in the top right-end corner.
