Learn to manage locked users

The "Locked Users" tab indicate the number of users who failed Form based authentication using incorrect password 3 successive times. The users are locked out of the system for 30 minutes duration. The user may attempt again after this time limit or use forgot password option on the login screen. 


Click on the Forgot Password to reset the password. 


Provide the user's email address. A link to reset the password shall be sent by email to the user's registered email address by the application.  


The FlowWright Administrator can Unlock the account by selecting the row from the table and clicking on Actions - Unlock account menu item. 


The user's account is unlocked with a status notification alert as shown in the image below.
