Our customers can define and utilize application roles within FlowWright's functionality, including application security and routing.
Example: Instead of routing a task to a user in finance, you can create an Application role called "Finance," include the user within the "Finance" role, and route the task to the role "Finance."
View the user’s application roles.
To view a user’s application roles, select the User from the Active tab list and select the Administration - User Management - View – Roles menu item.

To change roles for the selected user, select and click the “Apply” button.

Create an Application Role.
Select the "User Management - Roles" menu option.

The System Roles and Application Roles are listed in the table as shown below.

Click the plus sign (+) to expand and collapse the section.

Select the Actions - Create menu option.

Provide a new application role and click the Create button.

A confirmation message is displayed in the top-right corner, and the new application role is included in the table below.

You must double-click the application role to add or remove users. A pop-up window is displayed for configuration.

Search and add the users using the arrow keys. Click the Save button.
