This function allows you to manage System Roles and user mapping as an Admin user.
You can navigate to the Administration - User Management menu option.

The Users page is rendered in a new tab, as shown below.

Select the Users management menu to navigate to the System Roles page.

The System Roles page is rendered in a new tab, as shown below. In this example, the System Role categories are organized into groups, and the associated roles are listed alphabetically, with the user count displayed as a list.

Click the plus sign (+) to expand or collapse the user list.

To map multiple System Roles to Users, you must select a System Role and click the Utils - Manage Users menu option.

A pop-up window is displayed for configuration. Search and select the users from the text box. Using the “arrow keys” to move the user's list from “Available” to “Selected” list.

Verify the “Selected” user's list and click the Save button to confirm.

The users are mapped to the System Role, and a confirmation message is displayed in the top-right corner.

Note: Alternatively, you can grant or remove System Role privileges by navigating to User Management, selecting the user from the list, and clicking the View Roles menu option. The System Roles and Application Roles for the user are displayed as shown below. Click the Apply button after changes.

System Roles - Statistics.
Select the “Statistics - System Role” menu option to view the count of users mapped to all the System Roles.

The statistical bar chart is rendered on the new page. Move the mouse pointer to view the System Role user count, as shown in the image below.

Select the “View - Table” menu option.

The System Roles, along with the user count, are displayed in the table view as shown below.
