You'll need to navigate to the Administration - UI Theme menu.  

The Themes page is rendered below. A list of existing Themes is displayed in a table, sorted by one of the column headers. The application provides default “System” themes, and you can manage “Custom” themes. You can use the search text box to filter the list. 

Themes - Actions.

Select a Theme from the table and click the Actions menu to navigate to Create, Design, Rename, Copy, Remove, and Apply Theme features. You can create a new custom Theme from this menu section. You may choose the “Create” or “Design” menu option to navigate to the Theme Designer page. 

Action - Create New Theme.

Select the Actions - Themes menu option. A pop-up window is displayed for configuration. Provide a UI Theme name and click the Save button. 

The new UI Theme is created, and a confirmation message is displayed in the top-right corner. 

The page navigates to the UI Theme Designer, and the “Branding” configuration is displayed as default, as shown below. 

Action - Design.

Select a Theme from the table and click the Actions - Design menu option to modify the configuration. The page navigates to Theme Designer next. 

Action - Rename.

Select a Theme from the table and click the Actions - Rename menu option to change the name. 

A pop-up window is displayed for modifications. Provide a new name and click the Save button. 

The Theme is renamed, and a confirmation message is displayed in the top-right corner. 

Action - Copy.

Select a Theme from the table and click the Actions - Copy menu option to make a copy. 

A pop-up window is displayed for configuration. Provide a new name and click the Save button. 

A copy of the Theme is created and a confirmation message is displayed in the top-right corner. 

Action - Remove.

Select a Theme from the table and click the Actions - Remove menu option to remove it permanently. 

A pop-up window is displayed for confirmation. Click the Remove button. 

The Theme is removed from the list permanently, and a confirmation message is displayed in the top-right corner. 

Action - Apply Theme.

Select a Theme from the table and click the Actions - Apply Theme menu option to change the existing theme.  

A pop-up window is displayed for confirmation. Click the Preview button to view the UI Theme on the new page. Click the Apply button to change the existing theme. 

Themes - Export.

Select a Theme from the table and click the Export menu to move the theme between FlowWright environments. The file is downloaded to the local folder as a “theme” file format. 

Themes - Import.

Select a Theme from the table and click the Import menu to overwrite the theme by uploading from the local folder. You can move the Themes between FlowWright environments using the export-import feature. Note: The file to be imported should be a theme format. 

Themes - Utils.

Select a Theme from the table and click the Utils menu to preview. You can revert to the default by selecting “Restore Default Theme” from the Utils menu option.
