This function displays the event history for the Form Instance. 

Let's create an event and examine it from a historical perspective. 

Navigate to the Form > Instances page, then select the Instance from the list. Use the Search textbox to filter the list. Finally, click the Action > Rename menu option.

A configuration pop-up window appears. Enter a new name, then click the “Rename” button. 

The Form Instance is renamed, and a confirmation message appears in the top-right corner, as shown below. 

Select the renamed Form Instance from the list, then click View > History. 

The Form Instance History information is displayed on the new page, as shown below.
