This function displays the Form Instance history of events. 

Let's create an event and observe this from a historical point of view. 

You must navigate to the Form - Instances page and select the Instance from the list. You can use the Search textbox to narrow the list. Then, click on the Action - Rename menu option.

A pop-up window is displayed for configuration. You must provide a new name and click the Rename button. 

The Form Instance is renamed, and a confirmation message is displayed in the top-right corner, as below. 

Select the renamed Form Instance from the list and click on the View - History menu option. 

The Form Instance History information is displayed on the new page, as shown below.
