This function displays the Form Instance's event history. 

Let's create an event and examine this from a historical point of view. 

You must navigate to the Form > Instances page and select the Instance from the list. You can use the Search textbox to filter the list. Then, click the Action > Rename menu option.

A pop-up window appears for configuration. You must enter a new name and click the Rename button. 

The Form Instance is renamed, and a confirmation message is displayed in the top-right corner, as shown below. 

Select the renamed Form Instance from the list, then click View > History. 

The Form Instance History information is displayed on the new page, as shown below.
