We require Form Definitions to create Form Instances. The Form instances may be created manually or instantiated from a workflow process. 

You should navigate to the Run - Form Instances page to view the following user interface. 

The following operations can be performed using the Form Instances UI:

• Create a new form instance
• Rename 
• Edit a form instance to submit it again
• Remove
• Mark/Unmark as favorite
• Render a form instance in read-only mode
• View the history of events
• Export as XML/HTML/Schema/SQL file
• Import as HTML
• Archive the form instance
